1 What you earn
You earn 20% commission on every new patient you refer who starts a ZENKAI weight-loss (GLP-1) program. Simple and flat — no tiers to track.

For example, a referred patient on the $199/month program earns you about $40. There's no cap on how many patients you can refer.
2 When you're paid
- You earn the commission when a patient you referred completes a qualifying weight-loss purchase.
- Commissions are tracked in your ZENKAI affiliate dashboard and paid out monthly.
- A commission becomes payable once the order clears its refund window.
- Refunded or charged-back orders are voided and not paid.

3 One commission per new customer
- You earn one commission per new patient, ever.
- There are no recurring or subscription commissions — you are not paid month after month for the same patient.
- No commission is paid on reactivations, plan changes, cross-sells, or repeat purchases by an existing customer.
- Commissions apply to new patients only — someone who is already a ZENKAI customer does not qualify.
4 How to promote ZENKAI (the rules)
ZENKAI is a healthcare brand, so honest, compliant promotion is required. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in withheld commissions and removal from the program:
- Making medical claims or giving medical advice.
- Guaranteeing results or specific outcomes (weight loss amounts, timelines, etc.).
- Stating or implying treatments are FDA-approved. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; they are prescribed off-label by licensed providers and prepared by state-licensed pharmacies.
- Trademark bidding in paid search on "ZENKAI" or on drug brand names (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, etc.).
- Spam, incentivized, or misleading traffic (fake reviews, cookie stuffing, paid-to-click, unsolicited messaging).
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with ZENKAI wherever you promote, as required by the FTC (e.g. "#ad" or "I earn a commission").

5 Other terms
- Joining is free; there is no minimum audience size.
- Commission amounts are subject to change with notice and may be adjusted by program.
- Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders are voided.
- ZENKAI may decline or remove affiliates at its discretion, including for any prohibited promotion above.
- Participation is governed by the full ZENKAI Affiliate Agreement provided at sign-up.
